How does the gift voucher work
Gift vouchers can be associated with any value, so you can select a value that covers the full price of a course, or maybe two places on a course, or money towards a course.
Once purchased, we will send you a personalised gift certificate via email which comes with a unique code that is used to verify the value of the voucher when booking. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your personalised pdf voucher.
The gift voucher value must be redeemed in full for a course to the value or if a course if greater than the voucher, the difference must be paid for separately. No partial refunds will be offered.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Once a voucher has expired, a refund will not be possible. In exceptional cases, a partial refund may be given, based on individual case.
